This software is intended to be a service to the Cemetery Community, all
feedback, positive or negative are greatly appreciated. Please view the Demo(s)
as well as the Installation Instructions before beginning.
Technical:
We use LogMeIn if we need to connect to your PC for Supporting an issue. This
requires an Internet Connection to the
machine running the software. LogMeIn is free for X number of days, then
billable if you get the professional version. There is a free version, but it
takes longer to resolve issues. You can go to "

We support XP Professional - Service Packs 2 and 3, Windows 2000 Service Pack 4,
Vista Business latest Service Packs. Vista is a more challenging operating
system, so be careful as it requires a higher operation level. Home edition
will work, but the recommendation is for Business. If your PC was purchased new
in the last 3 years, it will be fine to run this software. Suggested minimum
Disk free space is around 500 meg. In all cases, you need to have someone who is
proficient at running under the operating system you have for the fastest
resolution to any issues you may have.
It is a self extracting installation. Programs install to "
C:\Program
Files\CESbyMosersoft". Data is stored on a single PC in "
C:\ProgramData\CESByMoserSoft\".
Please contact us if you wish to do a network set-up, which is configurable.
Follow the prompts to install and unzip, then to create your shortcuts.
Fee's:
The registration fee is 185.00. A yearly renewal fee of 85.00 is asked for.
Customized training, software and assistance/support is available for 38.00 an
hour. The first 2 hours of start-up time are included in the 185.00 fee. The
demo/tutorial is there to get you started. You can download the software and
use it, up to around 200 entries to decide if you like it, before paying any
fees. As always, if this represents a hardship for your church or Cemetery
organization, the pricing is flexible.
